During our Deck Evaluation service, we do an overall interior and large core/exterior visual exam of the deck.

We look for a wide variety of conditions that can affect the performance of the deck’s ability to hold live loads over time, including signs of deterioration, rust, and spalling. A pull test may also be used to determine its condition and suitability for fasteners.
