Roofing Dynamics Group Attends NERCA Convention 2022

The North/East Roofing Contractors Association (NERCA) represents premier roofing professionals throughout the northeast part of the country and provides training on a variety of topics. Members include roofing contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, manufacturers, distributors, developers, business owners, and general contractors. Roofing Dynamics is a proud member of NERCA!

NERCA maintains relationships with national organizations like the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and other major roof industry players. They also host one of the largest roofing conventions in the country.

After last year’s postponement due to the Covid-19 pandemic, NERCA’s Annual Convention & Trade Show was held at The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City on March 1-3, 2022. The event brought together roofing professionals from across the northeast to exchange ideas, find a competitive edge, and of course, have some fun.

One of the largest regional roofing trade shows in the country, this year’s convention delivered educational seminars along with nearly 200 booths displaying products and services for the roofing professional.

The trade show delivered an unforgettable experience! Roofing Dynamics President, Audrey Strein explored the exhibition floor to meet with suppliers and investigate the newest in roofing products and technology.

Examining On Top Safety Equipment’s Concrete Paver Lifter that’s built to easily transport 24” x 24” pavers across a worksite as well as minimize labor costs.

Inspecting the lightweight and fast D.I. Roof Seamer Industrial Series Roof Seamer that offers a perfect crimp for metal roofing.

Learning about Hapco’s newest Heat Welder for thermoplastic and PVC roofing membranes. Hapco states their machine provides a more consistent temperature with a heat weld and provides a lesser chance of seams opening over time.

Visiting National Women in Roofing (NWiR), a volunteer-based organization that supports and advances the careers of women roofing professionals.

Beyond the showroom floor, NERCA held high-quality educational seminars. The Roofing Dynamics staff participated in a variety of offerings and was eager to learn. From technical issues, to building code updates, to developments and issues affecting the roofing industry, valuable information was received.
