The North/East Roofing Contractors Association (NERCA) held its 97th Annual Convention & Trade Show on March 18 – 20, 2025 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Dedicated to fostering excellence and collaboration in the roofing industry, the North/East Roofing Contractors Association (NERCA) provides a platform for networking, education, and business development for roofing professionals throughout the northeast part of the country.
NERCA members include roofing contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, manufacturers, distributors, developers, business owners, and general contractors. Roofing Dynamics is a proud member of NERCA!
In addition, NERCA maintains relationships with national organizations like the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and other major roof industry players. Each year, NERCA brings everyone together by hosting one of the largest roofing conventions in the country.

Attending NERCA 2025 Educational Seminars
Beyond the showroom floor, the Roofing Dynamics staff participated in a variety of high-quality educational seminars including NRCA Update on Current Roofing Industry Technical Issues.
Presented by Mark S. Graham, Vice President, Technical Services, NCRA, the seminar focused on current technical issues of interest to roofing contractors. The Roofing Dynamics staff received valuable insights and updates on the latest changes to building codes in the roofing industry, concerns with FM’s field wind uplift testing, roof deck loading considerations, and recent problem reports.
